The Residential Tower

Introducing the Residential Tower, a striking 20-story edifice boasting 118 units of lavish mixed-use luxury apartments. Ascending to new heights, this architectural marvel features a rooftop deck on the 12th floor, a sophisticated restaurant on the 11th floor, and a state-of-the-art fitness deck on the 15th floor.

Situated in the northeast quadrant of the site, an expansive open public plaza seamlessly extends the allure of the Boardwalk Plaza across 41st Street. Inspired by the natural ebb and flow of the Boise River, the dynamic building form captivates with its curved and terraced facades, mirroring the graceful contours carved by the river’s current along its banks.

To ensure convenience for residents, parking will be seamlessly integrated into the building’s design through an innovative automated parking garage. Embracing collaboration with the city and the local artist community, we envision a graphic narrative that celebrates the rich history, vibrant spirit, and diverse culture of Garden City. This narrative will adorn the wall panels cladding the garage, enriching the urban landscape with a visual homage to the essence of our community.

After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Mike worked with Kenneth Leventhal, CPA’s and ultimately became the comptroller at Daon Development / BCED (Bell Canada Enterprises Development), a multi-billion dollar Real Estate firm. In 1989, he started his own development company.

Inspired by his father and brother, both home builders, he developed and built multiple residential communities throughout Orange and San Diego Counties between 1989 and 2002. He then tried his hand at hotel ownership in Las Vegas. For 18 years he was the owner-operator of a 225-room Hotel property in the bustling area between the Strip and the LV Convention Center. Mike also had the opportunity to build and operate a 200-unit gated apartment complex on 11 acres in North Las Vegas.

Seeking a new frontier, he relocated to Boise in 2018. Mike holds a commercial IFR multi-engine pilot license and enjoys fishing, e-biking, cooking, gardening, golfing, spending time with his wife, Cindy and being Dad to grown sons, Nathan and Jack.
